A full-bodied Double IPA that glows a magnificent hazy orange. Heavily dry-hopped with Jarrylo, Azacca, and Mosaic resulting in big notes of pineapple, mango, honeydew, and candy sweetness. Dangerously drinkable and surprisingly mellow - Consolation Prize is always a winner.

Keg at Brewdog Tower Hill. Fruity floral grassy aroma. Copper gold. Thin bubbly white head. Initially medium bitter and malty. Then develops some sweet fruitiness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Relatively abrupt finish. Decent. Hides it's ABV well.

Pours a clear golden amber with a thin white head. Aroma of stone fruit and malt. Taste is lightly hopped, slight fruit notes on the back of the tongue. Palate has dark notes as well as a resinous hop finish. Good IPA.

Keg at BD Cattle gate. It pours lightly hazy amber with a medium beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, persimmon, apricot, marmalade sandwiches, grassy and dank. The taste is dry, bitter, grainy, boozy orange, marmalade, apricot, persimmom, peach liqueur, Cointreau and alcohol with a raw finish. Medium to heavy body and moderate carbonation. Heavy and a bit raw. Ok.
