Gravity cask at the Yard Of Ale, St Peters - Broadstairs, 27/11/21. Clear golden with a good sized white head. Nose is orange zest, herb, ginger shreds, straw. Taste comprises mellow ginger, grass, hedgerow, trace of lemon, orange peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for a ginger affair.

Cask handpump The Flower Pot, Maidstone, Kent 4th December 2014. Pours sparkling clear gold with a bubbly white rim of bubbles. Certainly a gingery beer but with a hoppy snap, not too much ginger (i.e. not overdone) in fact spot on, its a lovely ginger beer in excellent condition. Very good. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Cask. Appearance- clear, straw, golden, half a finger white head which diminishes. Aroma- ginger, floral hints, hoppy, citrus, zest. Taste- malty, bitter hints, lemony, citrus, hint of ginger at the finish, quite a thin mouthfeel. Smells better than it tastes.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Light haze on this gold beer. Little bubbly white head. Light semi dry palate, fresh. Mild but fresh ginger with a bit of citrus in the background. Fairly dry finish. The ginger here, is more about flavour than heat. Not bad!
