Le renouveau ! Une vraie Pils ? Non-filtrée et refermentée !? En 2015, le pari était osé mais nous avions envie de montrer que la Pils pouvait être à la fois une bière de soif et de caractère. Notre Rulles Pils est un vrai plaisir addictif. Elle est faible en alcool et le Mittelfrüh, une ancienne variété de houblon allemand, lui apporte une touche herbacée, fraîche et amère.

Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, hops, yeast. Sweet malty flavour. Malty finish. Definitely decent, not your average mass produced pilsener.

27/VIII/17 - on tap @ BXL Beer Fest - BB: n/a (2017-1445) Thanks to the (Belgian) RB crew for sharing today's beers!

Clear blonde beer, creamy white head, very stable, adhesive. Aroma: very malty, lots of grains, rural, bit funky, herbal, grassy touch. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: grains, bit sweet, malty, cow fodder, hint of banana, grains, little sourish. Aftertaste: hoppy touch, bit metallic, grains, some banana, bit yeasty, hoppy finish.

Bxlbeerfest. Pours yellow. Aroma is sweet, grainy, bit cardboardy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grsins, cardboad, malt, bit soapy. Overall: ok.

4 3 4 3 8 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light malt and light hops. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at BXL festival. Almost clear golden with white head. Dry pils malts, grain husks, soft grassy hops. Basically pils notes in a good way. Just medium sweet and bitter with medium crisp body and slight dry finish.
