Pours a light ruby color topped with a small tan colored head. There is a mild malty aroma, very obvious notes of caramel. The taste is sweet, some caramel, a little flat body but very drinkable.

Dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Sehr starke Karbonisation. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, bitter. Geschmack röstmalzig, leicht schokoladig, würzig bitterer Abgang.

Stark kanonisiert. Mild herb würziger Antrunk, der so gar nichts mit einem Alt gemein hat. Weiter mild, etwas brotig. Gut trinkbares Helles. 7/9/9/9/10/9

Dobre, niefiltrowane Altbier. Z mnóstwem aromatów drożdżowo karmelowych. Brak goryczki. Niefiltrowane i niepasteryzowane. To pierwszy mój Alt z poza Niemiec. Jednak daleko mu do np. Bolten Ur-Alt lub Hovels

Bottle 500ml. @ PBF 2011Unclear wit a few medium sized body particles, a medium grey, matt orange colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, cereal, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Hazy yellow color, huge cloudy white head. Grainy, herbal hobby aroma. Medium-bodied. Grainy, harsh flavor. A bit like slightly peppery. Very yeasty. Nothing to do with standard altbier, tasting more like a zwickel.
