Bottled 330ml (Testöl #2, BB 02/2012)
Deep amber, small off-white head. Caramelly, a bit grassy and papery aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramelly, grassy flavor, toasted malty backbone. Slightly too industrial flavor, although clean product.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Deep amber, close to copper colour, with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is bready and caramel malty with some mild crystal notes as well. Slight wooden and not-too-sweet syrupy notes as well. Flavour is nutty, wooden, caramel malty with some quite bitter wooden and resiny notes as well. Rather nicely balanced.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup/Pinball. Pours a clear amber with a creamy and lacing beige head. Sweet pumpernickel aroma, burned toffee and brown sugars. Solid body, smooth mouthfeel, toasted roasted malts, again some nuts, brown sugar and nuts. Very subdued hops. A pleasant Bock indeed - gets a bit gluey towards the end though. 130711
