Bottle picked up from Craftbeer webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Wednesday 30th April 2025, cooking the amazing 😍 Nidi di Tagliatelle al forno (baked pasta nests) again tonight after a hard few hours of mowing the garden. Pours warm gold with a haze and mid-sized white head. Nice mouthfeel, a little bitterness tussles with the sweetness abv feels a little bit stronger than 6.5%, nice maltiness throughout and a very solid top half of the table Maibock, I could happily drink a few of these but clearly would know about it the next day. Actually just looked at the photo I posted, it's almost amber not gold.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before February 2026. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, minimally fruity-floral aroma of honey, caramel and light lemon peel. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of honey, caramel, grains, nuts and some lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one!

23-04-21 // 500ml bottle shared. Slightly unfiltered darker orange. Some sweeter malts with honey touches. Solid bock.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty, not too alcoholic, some interesting spicy-grasy notes. Finish milder, well balanced, quite drinkable. Spicy aftertaste. Nice.

Hell süßlich herber Antrunk. Geringfügig alkoholisch, etwas steigende Herbe. Würzig herb getreidiger Mittelteil, erdig, zum Ende Nuancen von Vanille. Langer konstanter Nachgeschmack, hellmalzig. Gut! 8/10/11/11/8/11

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkel orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, fruchtig, Karamell. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, kräftiger Körper, etwas Karamell, grasig.

Pours a deep yorange color. Malty bready flavor, firmly hopped. Shy aroma with malt and grass.

500ml bottle. Clear, intensely orangey, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish malty, minimally grainy and strawy aroma, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is moderately bitter hoppy, slightly grassy, moderately sweet malty basis, a touch of honey and caramel, in the finish slightly dry and strawy.
