(swing top bottle) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready and slightly juicy cara-malty aroma with notes of herbal and delicately resiny hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Bready caramel-malty taste with notes of grains and popcorn; sweet and mildly bitter hoppy finish with a caramelly and slightly alcoholic aftertaste. Likeable. 02.X.13

Bottle, 6.2%. Dusty and caramelly aroma. Almost clear amber colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is quite caramelly and quite sweet with a mild alcohol burn in the finish. Late bitterness. Faint floral hoppiness, but mostly on the malty and alcoholic side.
