Bottle from Corks & Kegs, Richmond. Pours golden, small white head. Aroma of candied blueberry as soon as the cap was off. Up close aroma of fake blueberry and sweat - lots of nasty sweat. Flavor is cardboard, bread crust, vomit, dust, and faint blueberry. Not worth drinking.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow with very small frothy white head, blueberry aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish taste with blueberry flavor, thin body, abrupt finish with blueberry aftertaste. Not bad, though it doesn’t feel like beer.

Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma is blueberries nd nothing else. Flavor is has some blueberry flavoring and again nothing else malt or hop wise. Kind of a one trick watery pony with only some kind of blueberry additive showing.

Draught at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Newark, NJ
Hazy golden color with compact head. It’s a light Pale Ale, crisp, with light malt and cereals touch, and light fruity (blueberry) touch. I was skeptic, but luckily it’s not a fruit beer.

Deep copper coloured body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of super pungent blueberry notes with a light sweetness and some light malt notes. Medium-bodied; Strong malt and fruit notes also show some sweetness from caster sugar and a bit of alcohol. Aftertaste shows some light malt and metallic bitterness, but mostly a super pungent blueberry flavour that seems fake, but is just very strong. Overall, a decent beer for sure, and if you like Blueberries, a very nice option indeed! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased by my dad from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 18-July-2014 for US$8,99/six pack on 18-July-2014 sampled on the train from New York to home in Washington on 20-July-2014 - Thanks Dad!

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass and had a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than twenty seconds (that was quick). There’s not much lacing.
The smell had some blueberries but a grainy/wheaty thing going on. Interestingly thick but combined in a decent way.
The taste was mainly sweet but had that grainy/wheaty thing going on in the flavor.
On the palate, this one sat right at a medium on the body probably because of that grainy/wheatiness that gives a bit of a kick in the finish.
Overall, hmmmm...weird beer. I’m not exactly sure what to think of this beer. Probably not exactly one to revisit. Thanks anyways, Keith.

Did this one a few years back when I went to the States. Third blueberry beer in a week This one seems like a better one. Golden colour with and off-white head and nice stickiness for lace. Grainy with fresh blueberry puree scent. Same for taste, just a little lighter. A little hop is felt in the finish.
