Keg at Moor Beer Co in Bristol, June 2017. Pours pale amber with a frothy white cap. Aroma: hints of ripe fruit, honey, barnyard. Taste: sweet with notes of ripe fruit, saison yeast, with decent funky spiciness. Dry and slightly bitter finish. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Loved this

A very good style example. Aromatic, with the right balance between yeast, fruits and more herbal and floral notes. Very rewarding.

Bottle a tight the guest rooms - Roma. Sourced from Les Vignerons. Pours clear amber-gold with a sturdy, creamy, mostly white head. Nice, big saison yeast nose, some crunchy wheat bread, subtle citrus aspect. Light to medium sweet flavour with more characterful saison yeast, a hint of tangerine, orange peel, more wheat bread, mellow bitter hay. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, with some bread crust, soft grassy bitterness, more citrus peel, hay. Solid, well rounded saison.
