4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Listed as Sumatra Pils. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of wheat, light citrus. Tastes of wheat, malt, light citrus, light stone fruit, bitter notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Decent but I didn’t get any coffee, didn’t even know this was supposed to have coffee in it.

Green tobacco, grass nose. Clear amber, medium head. Flavor is smoked hatch chilies despite the fact that this was supposed to be a coffee infused pilsner. Light, easy carbonation. Very special. I was assured that there was coffee and no peppers in this beer, but I dug it. This bucks the notion that pepper beers require a hearty malt bill as this was a light pilsner with little malt presence.
