75 cL clear bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry apple. Citric, sweet and brett-like apple fruity. Sweet and lingering. Almost ice cider intense. Sweet and slight sticky with a mild sulphorish touch into the finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear reddish amber with a small off-white head. Heavy acetone aroma combined with sweet rotten fruit. Medium body, sweet rotten fruits, loads of marzipan and cherries. Again a ton of acetone - cough cough! - with a tart finish. 220611

Bottled. A beutifully golden cider with a fast disappering beige head. The aroma is sweet and very apply - delicous. The flavor is sweet yet acidicly tart with strong notes of apples and lesser notes of wood. A nice dry cider.
