Vi hälsar våren välkommen med en tyskinspirerad bocköl - gotländsk tappning.
En maltfyllig härlighet innehållande karamellmalt och humle från Tyskland och USA. När den friska vårvinden bär med sig blommornas doft reser vår bock raggen i förtjusning precis som vi gör när vi pröver vår starkbock.

Bottle:
Pours a clear, orangey amber with thick but not lasting head. Sweet, malty aroma with notes of honey and orange peels. Flavour is sweet and malty with an alcohol bitter finish. A pretty basic Bock.

Bottled. Clear golden/amber, brief head. Restrained grassy/buttery nose. Some honey sweetness, solid bodied with clean mouthfeel. Mild floral honey and grass, low bitterness. Technically it is flaswless, it just misses out on malt depth and softness - which to me are key aspects of a bock.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and citrusy to herbal. Sweet malty, fruity followed by a slight toasted malty flavour before the finish. Malty and hoppy into a dry bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden with a small off-white head. Sweet malty nose - perhaps a whiff of flowery hops. Solid body with a good malt base, a little rough and sulphurous with some alcohol showing in the finish. I don’t really pick up the good aroma hops - the overall impression is rough and unrefined. 100511
