Gravity cask at the Drayman’s Son, Ely. Dark gold with a spotting of white head. Very slight grainy and grassy scent, with only the slightest suggestion of soft citrus fruit. Taste is pleasant, sweet and spicy, slightly medicinal with a hint of ginger. Finish is more bitter, slightly sour, to round it off nicely. The best of Panther’s beers that I’ve had so far.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden orange to amber with a decent fluffy head. Nose - pine and grapefruit. Some crunchy biscuits. Taste - lemon and grapefruit. Some creamy yeast notes too. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly decent finish. Possibly too bitter if anything. Overall - it peaked on aroma but it’s pretty good. Would drink another.

(Bottle) Clear golden with good white head. Nice aroma, subtle citrus and floral. Light bodied but fizzy. Flavour a little watery at start but with surprisingly harsh bitterness in finish. Not to my taste.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, mild earth, and some slight sweet malts. Flavour is quite much the same with some rather bittery notes.
