Tap. Pours clear pale golden, medium off white head, great lacing. Aroma is a bit soapy, pine, earthy, rye malt. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Underwhelming. Oh Wisconsin. Why can’t you be more like Vermont??

Keg at the brewery. Hazy yellow, large tan head, poor retention. Aroma of rye, grapefruit, grain. Taste is rye, apple, grain, lime, grapefruit, pith. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.
