Bottle from Vin Specialisten, Randers
Amber color, hazy, bright, with generous creamy head. Strong hop aroma, but a bit smelly, cheesy and feety too. Malt and caramel flavor, with strong bitterness, but also evident presence of vegetables, some bitter oranges, light yeast, very light sourness.
Messy.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and with a finger-thick off-white head leaving lacings. Citrus, canned peaches and sugary maltyness on the nose. The flavor is piney and resiny, with citrus peel, malty sweetness and bitterness. Full-bodied, smooth and lighlty warming. Bitter and citrusy finish. Although a bit on the sweet side, it’s a nice beer. 110528
