Copper colour with small head.Aroma of toasted caramel and dried fruits malty and sweet with nots of berries and tart fruits mild and well balanced nice by style.

Draught (flight) @ Fairbar, Aarhus. Pours hazy dark copper brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with touches of caramel and yeast, and subtle fruity notes. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with dusty and fruity notes. Sourish and sweetish finish. Dusty afteraste. A nice Old Ale.

Cask @ DØE Ølfestival 2013. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with hints of licorice and dark fruit. Fruity malty caramel and licorice flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel and dark fruit finish.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn. Hazy amber with no head. Fruity matly aroma, flavour is ver malty, sweet, lots of fruits, some burnt sugar , a bit of caramel, chocolate hops are very faint, Sweet malty aftertaste, practically zero bitterness.

Cask at Ølfestival 2011. A lightly unclear body, brown in color and with a minimal sized head, just like expected. Roasted aroma with lots of dried fruits. Some caramel, notes of hops and a faint whiff of alcohol. The flavor has caramel and dried fruits running the show, roasted malts and a little sweetness chimes in. Thin, dry mouthfeel. Roasted finish with some alcohol. An easy drinking and tasteful beer. 110526

Cask at KØ-2011. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is malt, hop, caramel, fruit. Flavour is roasted malt, hop, caramel, fruit, dried fruits. Easy drinkable beer.
