Prende il suo nome da uno dei personaggi principali di Neuromante, romanzo dell’autore William Gibson e manifesto del genere cyberpunk. Un viaggio nel tempo suggestivo, visionario e futuribile, caratteristiche che sentiamo di avere in grembo anche al nostro progetto.
L’affinamento di questa farmhouse ale – dai 5 agli 8 mesi a seconda di quando le due anime del blend raggiungono l’armonia desiderata – avviene in tini selezionati di volta in volta all’interno della nostra cantina (originariamente all’interno di un unico tonneau che in passato ospitava vino Nebbiolo).

Tap @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Sourness, funkyness, apricots. Lovely aroma. Flavor has funk, apricots, apples, elderflower. Dry finish. Lovely.

(Draught at Billie's Bier Kafétaria, Antwerpen, 18 Oct 2018) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with citrus, bretty yeast, spices and white bread. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of lemon, tropical fruit, white bread, brett and a fresh acidity in a finish with a mild bitterness. Medium body, dry. Funky, fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Draft @ Il Locale, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart bretty grape aroma. Fruity sour tart bretty citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart bretty finish.

Tap@Il Locale, Copenhagen - Golden orange pour with a white head. Tart fruity with notes of apricot and light dried fruit, orchard fruity accents, medium sweet tart balance, tart fruity finish.

Draft - Funky Sour Brett notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Soured White grape, lots of funk and oak notes. Nice dry finish.

Hazy pale yellow with lasting thin head. Aroma is really sharp and funky with some woody notes too. Flavour is tart like sour apples. Drying vinous finish. Nice Brett funk.
