Draft. A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, grass, and light malt, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, citrus - grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110526]

Clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Light bitter finish. Watery. 260511

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy white head. Straw and hay with a scent of butter. Medium bodied.

From tap. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight citrusy yto mild peachy. Citrusy and slight grassy flavoured. Bitter and crisp fruity finish.

clear yellow, small white head. dry aroma, hops mild, but still quite dry. flavor is flowery, slightly hoppy fruity, dry, slightly malty sweet.

On tap. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Sweet malty nose with a metallic touch. Medium body, rather sweet malts and again a minerally, metallic touch and a spicy hop edge. Not that bitter though. Different, but I’m not sure I’m all that fond of this hop in a Pilsener. 170511
