Fur Schwarzbier er en øl med smag af malt, mørk chokolade og har en let bitterfrisk finale. Schwarzbier stammer fra Tyskland, og der er tale om en næsten sort undergæret øl. Trods den kraftige farve er der tale om let øl med stor fylde og en nuanceret eftersmag. Øllet er brygget på Münchnermalt, Karamelmalt og Chokolademlat. Humler tilsættes ad to gange.

Tap @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Almost black with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, little coffee, caramel and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, medium sweet, little liquorice, hops and a little bitter.

Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Roasted notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn. Black/brown with a small off-white to brown head. Roasted malty aroma with some rye bread, and coffee.Chocolate roasty flavor. Lacks a lot on hops, rather thin bodied.

Near black with a small off-white head. Fine malty aroma with a hint of licorice. Sweet malt and licorice flavour with roasted finish

KØ11. Bready aroma. Almost black colour, red shine. The flavour has a burnt note, caramel, bread. Vinous note also. Not so clean, but OK.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, coffee. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, bread, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110526]

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours ruby amber with a small off white head. Vague roast and vegetables. Vaguely tart. Rubber. Medium bodied.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Creamy. Bitter, dark malty and roasted to breadish. Roasted, bitter and dark malty. Solid malty.
