From cask. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth apple and slight acidic with a light apple fruity note. Somewhat bitter/acid and dry finish.

Cask handpull at Westgate, JDW, Canterbury. Cloudy orange gold colour, touch of stewed apple. As an entry level cider it’s fine. Good dryness on finish. It’s got a sweet apple pie thing going on. Some dryness on finish. As I say as an entry cider it has elements of both apple pie and a nod towards tartness and tannin without either dominating. Very drinkable.

On handpump at the Three Tuns, Bristol 02/09/2010. Hazy gold with a slight white head. Badged as medium dry, which was about right, with some decent apple fruit, a touch of wood and tart finish. Good.
