Schönes hellblaues Etikett, angenehm malzig-würziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist mild-weich-süßlich. Schön fruchtig, leicht nach reifen, gelben Früchten. Die Würzigkeit bleibt allerdings omnipräsent. Leicht herbe Töne, die zum Nachgeschmack deutlicher werden. Recht viel CO². Der Nachgeschmack ist angenehm süßlich, ohne zuckrig zu werden, frisch-blumig, ausgewogen Weich. Die 6,8% merkt man nur an der wärmenden Note, die das Bier hinterlässt.
--> Ich mag zwar eigentlich helle Böcke nicht so gerne, aber dieses Bier ist faszinierend. Mild-weich und fruchtig-blumig zugleich! --> Toll! Test vom 11.5.2011 Noten: 12,13,12,13,12,12 - 12,30

Bottle, 6.8%. Rough hoppy aroma. Clear dark golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is rather bready. Has an OK bitterness. Good mouthfeel and alcohol level like any good Frühlingsbock should have.

Bottle from McTapps - thank ypu, Sabine! Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops with notes of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of malt and and slughtly dusty finish. OK.

Bottle. Amber, creamy head. Light spicy malt aroma. Fullbodied, chewy, dry grassy, light raspberries, very well balanced, moreish.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden, clear, loose but stable white head, delicate dryish grainy-bisquity nose with tart strawy background, some alcohol is detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, chewy and medium bodied; dryish tart and grainy finish.Quite a good beer from a horrible brewery…

(swing top bottle, as Frühlingsbock, 6.5% abv) Clear, deep golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Biscuity and slightly syrupy malty aroma with traces of caramel and spicy hops. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Sugary (cara-)malty taste with notes of brewing mash, grains, shy herbal accents and hints of alcohol towards the sweet and slightly sticky finish. 25.V.13

Yellow colour with a thin white head. Not much aroma. Flavor is caramel and citrus hop.

Süßer und hellmalziger Antrunk, wie man es von vielen hellen Böcken kennt. Dabei wenig würzig, die Süße geht in eine hefige Alkoholigkeit über, die deutlich besser als die plumpe Süße gefällt. Weiterhin süß, nun in Verbindung mit dem angenehmen Hopfen. Harmonisch, zunehmend intensiver, die Süße wird zum Ende besser eingebunden und stört nicht mehr. Nett. 9/11/11/9/8/9

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, alcohol, fruits, malt and hops. Notes of butter as well.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some caramellic notes. but way too alcoholic. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.
