A stark and dark contrast to Grand Couture, Noir Couture is all but traditional. Born of our desire to innovate, we have created a Belgian Chocolate Porter. A dark, velvety rich base beer highlights honey and chocolate malts with blackstrap molasses added for good measure. Patiently conditioned on a heavy hand of Ghirardelli Cocoa for optimal chocolate flavor. Dark chocolate and dark fruit flavors dominate, with a hint of molasses and a rich yet balanced finish. A truly unique treat.
