Every bottle I’ve had from Thierize has been a gusher- this is no exception and it’s fantastically annoying. Deep red with a tan head. Very toasted sweet malts, vegetal, earthy, a bit of red fruit sweetness. Medium bodied. Meh.

Old rating from 11-06-16 - A 330ml bottle picked up in Cassel, Northern France last summer. Pours a cloudy dark red colour with a beige foamy head. Aromas of caramel, red fruit & malt. Tastes of toasted caramel malt, red fruit & bread. Medium to light bodied. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with caramel & red fruit.

Gusher with a huge frothy head. Malty, nutty aroma and flavor. Nutmeg. Very well balanced beer with character.
