Every bottle I’ve had from Thierize has been a gusher- this is no exception and it’s fantastically annoying. Deep red with a tan head. Very toasted sweet malts, vegetal, earthy, a bit of red fruit sweetness. Medium bodied. Meh.

Old rating from 11-06-16 - A 330ml bottle picked up in Cassel, Northern France last summer. Pours a cloudy dark red colour with a beige foamy head. Aromas of caramel, red fruit & malt. Tastes of toasted caramel malt, red fruit & bread. Medium to light bodied. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with caramel & red fruit.

Gusher with a huge frothy head. Malty, nutty aroma and flavor. Nutmeg. Very well balanced beer with character.

F: big, tan, good retention. C: dark coppery, bit hazy. A: malty, caramel, mellow fruity, bit herbal, mineral, bit brett. T: caramel malty, herbal, bit dark bready, banana, medium body and carbonation, good balanced, not bad, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from the brewery.

7 3 8 3 15 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Hazy amber brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, herbs and light ripe red fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at BXL festival. Hazy dark amber with small beige head. Caramel, soft herbs, old strawberries, red fruit candy, bubblegum, very very malty, a hint of roast, soft yoghurt. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. OK.
