Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear crisp straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is straw forward with some bread and a light grass note underlying. Flavor starts with straw and hay with some light grass and sweet bread in the finish.

Keg at West End Taphouse Rochester, 8.7.20. Slightly hazy gold, large fizzy white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, apple, green hops. Taste is snappy herbal, green hoos, lemon, white bread, hint of white sugar. Medium bodied, crisp, moderate lingering bitterness.
