Cloudy chestnut brown with a small head. Banana, clove, roasted malt, some chocolate, lemon. Mild dry bitterness, malty fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry citrussy fruity bittersweet finish. Nice Dunkelweizen!

Schön cremiger Schaum. Süßes Malz ist das bestimmende Thema, fruchtige, säuerliche Noten in der zweiten Reihe. Ein Hauch Schokolade, ein Anflug von Likör. Körper eher auf der leichten Seite. Nicht teuflisch gut, aber durchaus brauchbar.

Aroma is light malty, caramel notes, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, caramel, fruit acidic notes.
