11/10/9/11/8/11

Bottle shared with Slothez@Craft Beer Co, London. Slightly hazy orange pour coupled with an off white head. Fragrant nose of pine, fruits and herbs. Flavour was slightly sweet with similar traits to the nose, whilst the Greenland herbage injection gave a pleasant and unique twist. Clean and very drinkable. A thoroughly enjoyable and pleasingly different take on the style.

Bottle at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Hazy amber color; creamy head. The aroma is hoppy, but also too smelly (manure, yeast, feet, citrus fruits, rubber). Toffee flavor, with some residual sweetness; strong hopping, resiny, fruity, but also with an original trait of frankincense and genepy (famous Alpine herb, used in liquors).
Weird; not unpleasant but I can’t picture myself drinking much of it.
