Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fresh, dry, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100804]

(Cask at GBBF, London Earl’s Court, 5 Aug 2010) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass and lots of fresh hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grass, grainy malt and fresh hops in the finish. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small, creamy and dense head. Aroma is slight butterish and mild citrusy. Citrusy and bitter flavoured. Mild peachy. Citrusy and peachy dry and bitter into the finish.

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2009. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty bitter hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty bitter citrus hoppy finish.

(Cask at Gallows Bird, Espoo, on 2009-01-23) Golden and clear. No head. Light aroma containing hops. Dry and medium bodied palate with little carbonation. Bitterness, grass, fruitiness, some sweetness and bit of citric flavours in taste. Bitter and lightly fruity aftertaste.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, nectar and wood. Flavour is grass, fruity hops and grass. Wellbalanced and nice.

Cask gravity at Catford BF 06. Pale gold with lasting white head. Hot hop and astringent aroma. Bit of metallic tea even. Astringent hop finish. Too much hop really. Very dry finish.
