Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Fantastic sour notes with just hints of peach. Moderate bitter fantastic complex sour flavor. Lambic-ish. Long great finish. Creamy palate. Great brew.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of sour notes with some light oak and faint peach notes is enjoyable enough. Taste is a mix of sour notes with light oak and very faint peach notes with low acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but lacking some complexity.
