Its frothy head is fine-pored, white and smooth. And it gets better, because the fine, glossy pale gold sparkles and shines underneath. Its youthful, fresh aroma unveils an unforgettable bouquet: aromas of ripe lemons, subtle honey notes and a delicate hint of lime flowers. The first sip is impeccable: sparkling, fine and lively. Our Winkler Pils feels dense and present on the palate, although at just 4.7% vol. alcohol, it is as light as a feather. For a moment, a subtle sweetness tempts the tip of the tongue, before the hop notes prove their dominance in the pilsner. The Winkler Pils is still elegant, strong, concise, dry and harmonious. Original wort: 11,6º.

Bottle, Thanks a lot for this rarity Pivnizub! Builds a massive off-white head on a cloudy, heavily pearling golden hue. Fruity (apricot) yeast notes, a stab of lemonpeel, aromatic hops far in the background. Dry light body, sparkly mouthfeel. Quite fresh - would love to taste it from tap - bet its even fruitier then.

(bottle) Hazy yellow colour with a foamy white medium head. Malty and yeasty nose with lemon peel. Slight sweet malty mouthfeel, lively carbonated, light to medium bodied. Fruity (grape fruit, lemon) and malty taste with a slight bitter and dry finish. An aromatic and tasty Kellerbier.

Bottle (bought at the brewery): Pale golden coloured, hazy, huge lacing fluffy head; very fruity and yeasty nose (peaches, pears, apricots), mainly reminding me of a "Federweisser" (a new wine, only partially fermented) initial sweetish fruitiness, sweetish, slightly bitter flavour; light bodied, fizzy but soft mouthfeel; soft and distinctive bitterness in the smooth finish. A very unusual beer, not a ´true Pils; but very tasty........and pleasant
