Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of Papsoe. As Hyld, #243. A hazy, reddish orange beer with a dense, beige head. The aroma is roasted and sweetish, slightly orangey and herbal. The flavor is a bit ordinary, with bread and citrus. Some bitterness towards the end. Medium to full body, quite dry. Well, far from bad, but a bit ordinary. 110416

Bottle, 75cl corked. As Nr. 139. It pours a hazy, reddish orange-golden body topped by a finger-thick dense, off-white head. Big chunks in the bottom of the bottle. Citrus, pine-cones, flowers and peaches in the aroma. Almost too much on the flowery side, but still damn good. There’s some malty caramel-sweetness in the mouth, but the hoppy flavor wins, leaving citrus, pinecones and elderflowers. Almost like walking into a flower shop. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Long finish continuing what was found initially. A delicious treat. (090501)

Bottle 75 cl. As "Bøgedal 0243". Pours a reddish amber with a frothy yet dissipating off-white head. Nose has sweet caramel and fruit. Medium body, fairly sweet caramel and yeast while the elderflower doesn’t come through until a slightly earthy/ashy touch at the end. 160411
