Craft Islington. Keg. Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Nice fresh tasting bready pale malts. Light lager character. Modest citrus and light floralness. Clean crisp and drinkable. Nice Helles.

(Bottle) Clear pale amber with short lived small white head. Aroma not very distinct, but also not special - sort of malty and vegetabley. Refreshing light body and lively carbonation. Pleasant and unusual flavour profile - subtle, low-key, pleasant all the way trough with a very late aftertaste making a significant appearance at the end. The main backbone of the taste is pleasant sweetish malt with some subtle fruitiness. The finish has a developing combination of hop bitterness and biscuit. Nice beer.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is grainy and slightly fruity, a bit fruity to be a helles, but nice enough anyway. The flavor is a bit too sweet, but with a nice taste of malts. Some fruityness and a pleasant bitterness towards the end. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Drying towards the end. A decent helles although too sweet. 110416
