Bottled@fonefan. Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, elderflower and mild alcohol. Flavour is sweet honey at first, then it turns a bit floral, ending in a rather earthy way.

Sehr frischer Honig Antrunk, die Süße ist vergleichsweise gering. Dadurch sehr süffig, wenn auch etwas trocken. Gefällt! 9/13/13/10/12/12

Bottle shared by Fonefan at his place. Clear pale golden color, no head. Aroma is chemical and weird. Taste sweetish, overripe sweet fruits, some alcohol and honey. Artificial imo. No, not one of my favorites either.

Bottle. Pours light hazy yellow. Aroma of honey, oak, elderflowers. Taste is sweet with honey, elferflowers, light wood / oak notes, alocohol. Thin bodied. 300312

Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, honey and elderflowers. Flavor is quite sweet. Quite sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and sticky. 280112 and 290312

37.5 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours clear and pale yellow, no head. Aroma is slight glue and chemical, floral and light honey. Sweet, chemical, paint and slight floral. Medium dry and smoke like off-note into the finish.

Corked bottle from the meadery in Billund
Measured Final Gravity: 1039
Hazy blond color with a straw hue. The aroma is very strange, with alcohol, soap products, chemicals. It’s a medium-sweet Mead, with immediate alcohol punch, and a hint of fresh wood probably coming from the elderflowers, and some anise; there is a trace of soap here too; in the final there is some bitterness, instead of some acidity to create balance.
