Bottled, from biershop-bayern.de. Cloudy pale golden, firm head. Grassy nose. Dryish with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Edgeless crisp malt with spicy grassy hops leading to a mid bitter finish. Very refreshing.

Draught Dense, medium, yellowish head over hazed yellow-greenish beer. Hayish aroma, bit grassy, healthstore vegetable shoots. Taste even much more grassy, other grains and again (luzerne?) shoots; greenmalt. Gristslickness, light to medium bodied. Tastes... unfinished, very young. I’d expect more from a Zwickel, certainly on tap.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is very weak, with fruity hops, grass and pale malts. There’s a pleasant bitterness in the mouth, both initially and in the end, with fruityness, grass and pale malts. Medium body, dry and pleasantly carbonated. A quite pleasant one, quenching and tasteful. 110416
