500ml bottle. Hazy brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma with a citrusy touch. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, bready, minimally yeasty and dry hoppy; average carbonation. Not very typical, neither really fruity, spicy nor yeasty.

Bottled 500ml (PBF, BB 07/2011)
Murky nut brown color, small off-white head, lace. Banana, caramel, metal, some twisted yeast in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Some overriped banana, cardboard, herbal hoppyness. Active carbonation. This is not one of good dunkelweizens ...

A rather light aroma has some mature banana and some hints of spices. Flavour has spices and sourish citron. Not a very nice dunkelweizen.
