The crew at Melvin decided to push their system to the max on all levels. Brewed with 4 plus lbs of Simcoe and Mosaic hops per barrel then double dry hopped. Flavors of peach, stone fruit and herbal forest. Sure to put you in the gravel pit.

On tap at Melvin, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is actually rather subdued for a triple IPA, with sweet caramel malt and resinous hop oils. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with tons of sugary sweet caramel malt upfront; the resinous hop oils are rather buried, though coat the palate. Way too sweet. It's not bad, but it's just too damn sweet.

A: Slightly hazy light gold, an inch of foam, good lacing.
S: Grapefruit with a significant dank factor, tropical fruits.
T: Grapefruit with a very good sweet malt. Balanced to near perfection and minimal alcohol intrusion. Finishes perhaps more sweet than bitter.
M: Full bodied to my palate.
O: Pretty amazing Triple IPA!

Too much of a talented work like Prince’s discography. Great aspects but not completely wonderful. Lots of mango and tons of booze. Golden amber pour with decent head. Bitter finish with some sweetness. Syrupy texture. Tap at Churchkey.

Draft at PreFunk for 2x4 day. Mild hazy golden, soft soapy head. Gentle aroma belies what’s to follow. Yeasty, floral hoppy flavors on top of some growing warmth from the high ABV. Builds to a nice crescendo, flavorful with a bit of burn.

On tap at abv. Pours a clear orange color with a small white head. A big sweet fruity tropical nose. The flavor is big sweet citrus, sticky, lemons. Very good. Re-rate: has a few of these. The aggressive nature is obvious, and it is hot. But this beer is really lovely and smooth at times. Great.

Lambda Lambda Lambda. Draft 12 oz pour at Hop and Hounds 2x4 day party. A great start. Clear golden pour with a thin fizz head. Hop explosion, strong impression aroma. Bold flavor, packs a huge punch, booze heat. A smooth soothing constant considering the sturdy bill. Strong, but remains a bit refreshing and cravable. A triple that is like to sip long into the night. An excellent IIIIIIIPA here.
