375mL bottle, undated, as pictured.
Tons of Brett and soft oak with vanilla and mild grape. Super low acidity, very approachable. But not too low in acidity. Malt, culture, grape, barrel all well-integrated.
Soft and malty with a chewy wheat and oaky texture. Moderate acidity, nothing sharp or aggressive. Good, fruity Brett and tons of malt and oak.

Capped bottle from Ridgeview Liquor, 11/20/23. Hazy orange, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of cherry, grape, funk. Taste is grape, cherry, pale malt, toast. Mild tartness. Nice.
