Winterfest ’11. Sweet and smooth. I do not pick up pinot or any wine qualities at all. Is the barrel worn out? There is a little oak. Alcohol is surprisingly present for a beer where it just isn’t that high. Still, the qualities of a dubbel are good enough that it is a good beer.
