Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of fonefan. A lightly sparkling, clear, golden cider with a small, white head soon diminishing into a rim of bubbles. Apples and a slighlty vinegarish touch in the aroma. Some apple cores. The flavor too has a slight vinegar touch, with lots of apples. A bit straight forward, but quite tasteful and drinkable though. Sparkling in the mouth, dry and quenching. 110416

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart and sour apples, citrus and alcohol. Very carbonated.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a lively yet dissipating white head. Dry apple aroma with a little vanilla. Medium body, heavy carbonation, very dry and tart apple accents again with some vanilla. Very dry and astringent finish with heavy tannins. A very different Cider for Germany - almost French farmhouse style.160411
