Clear copper, airy offwhite head. Graimy, malty aroma. Flavour is malty, sourish. Light, bittersweet finish. Not my idea of a porter.

Bottled, thanks Papsoe! Dark brown, small head. Caramel and treacle. Sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Low hop rate, some butter and paper. Low bitterness. Simplistic porter.

Bottle. Dark amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, hop, caramel, coffee, licorice. Bitter finish. Ordinary beer.

Bottled. Very deep amber colour with a small head. Aroma is mildly toasted notes Aroma is quite much nothing, some dark fruits and mild earthy notes. Mild liquorice and roasted malts. Flavour is being quite much the same. A quite watery brew, but it’s got the elements to be good...

Bottle. A clear, dark reddish brown beer, with a finger-thick light beige head. Roasted, slightly vegetal aroma with some hops. Roasted flavor too, some grainy malts and dried fruits. Medium body, rather smooth and dry. Bitter and roasted finish with caramel and some prunes. Certainly the best of the three, but nothing I’m gonna by crates of, although a bottle every now and then could do. 110612

Bottle from Voldby. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, chocolate and notes of syrop.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, May 2011. Pours dark brown with a creamy bubbly off white head. Rye-bread, dark fruit and lots of sugar. Thin palate . .
