Bottle from Kyoto Isetan. It pours an opaque amber brown with a sugary caramel aroma that is like a candied toffee. The taste is malty sweet caramel with a bit of a bitter bite. Not bad it has a nice nuttiness to it.

a touch of plastic and Brett. Light, a bit sour with some apricot notes and funk. Astringent finish. A lot of off qualities, but not bad.

Fairly decent. Murky colour, low carbonation but not too low. Has some light bitter hops aftertaste reminscent of some of the better American pale ales, though it isn’t quite as good. Smell promises more than the final taste, but decent nonetheless.
