The Sour Dry Hop is the perfect balance of Old and New World brewing. Inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, a sour beer once brewed in Berlin and known as the 'Champagne of the North'. Ours is soured by Lactobacillus and dry-hopped with Citra. An unusual style that delivers a tart, citrusy fruitiness.

440ml can – Pours a clear golden colour with a small thin white head that quickly settled. The aroma is sour lemon, unripe green mango and hops. A moderately sweet and sour taste, light sweet malts, green mango and lemon flavours with a light tart fruity sour finish. Nice one.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours misty yellow, small white head. Aroma is of a zesty lemon persuasion. Taste continues with a pleasant sour edge, zesty and fresh with a nice lemon citrus presence. Good.

Keg at the brewery. Sour but smooth citrus aroma. Pale (very) gold. Thin translucent white head just rings the rim. Medium sour. Tangy. Light-medium bodied. Flat carbonation. Tangy astringent finish. Decent. Refreshing.
