This golden IPA has a distinctly fruity aroma and a very fruity palate. Slight hits of malt follow afterwards, but then the fruit returns.

On cask at Curfew, Berwick-on-Tweed - Clear amber body, great lacing head. Lots of caramel, sweet toffee malts, slightly drying finish, but a really fresh tasting ESB.

Old rating - 500ml bottle from the brewery farm shop on my Devon holiday. Poured at home in Jersey, it's amber with a big white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, fruits, caramel, toffee, pine & sweet malt. Medium body. Medium to high carbonation. Dry mild bitter finish. Very enjoyable

Bottle from the Shops at Dartington. Appearance - golden amber with a generous fluffy off white head. Nose - lightly cheesey and then a green resin note that's also quite salty and a bit like duke. Taste - creamy fudge but not a lot else. Palate - creamy and close to medium bodied. Dry finish. Overall - so so.

Chelmsford Winter Beer Fest (with Rune, Rasmus, Saxo and Camons) @ KEGS. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts. Semi sweet floralness. Ripe citrus. Modest spice. Light semi dry finish. Quite drinkable.
