Cask at Thistle Park Tavern. Clear golden-brown body, filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Floral hops on the nose, mid-sweet. Mixed taste of caramel malts, lemon and leafy hops. Malt-fruity ending with a bitter twist. A tasty and well blended brew (Plymouth 22.09.2016).

Cask at the Globe Inn, Frogmore, 27/04/16. Clear golden with a well appointed off White head that retains well. Nose is bready malts, light citric notes, grain, straw. Taste comprises bread dough, airy malts, lemon drizzle cake, straw, shortbread biscuit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter linger. Decent clean drinking ESB.

Cask @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, ginger notes ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100805]

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some earthy and floral notes as well. Flavour is earth, bready malts, some fruity and floral hops along with a rather grassy finish.
