Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is pretty nice with moderate apricot notes, light citrus and grape notes and faint pineapple and tropical fruit. Light grain and oak notes with hints of tannins. Faint phenolic, pepper notes. Pours a hazy, dull, golden orange with a medium sized, thick, creamy, white head that exhibits nice retention as it slowly recedes. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sweetness and faint grain note. Light citrus notes with hints of pineapple and tropical fruit. Medium light apricot and grape notes. Light oak and tannins. Hints of peppery phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation and a dry finish. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice saison. Good barrel and Brett character with some light phenolics and tannins. Acidity is a touch strong and the apricots a touch light, but pretty good.
