We reached for the Mosaic and Amarillo again for the dryhop. Result: a joyful bouquet of citrus and other fruits. Orange mostly, some passion fruit and more. There is a herbal touch here too. All in all, plenty of aroma, yet the Mosaic Pale Ale goes down refreshingly easy. Great no matter the weather, perfect in the heat.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Fruity-grassy, slightly herbal-spicy aroma of lemongrass, pineapple and lychee. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity taste of lemongrass, pineapple and lychee, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice, quite refreshing.
