Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is very fruity and yeasty. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet and alcoholic finish. Sticky. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a 7.5 % ABV beer taste this much of alcohol. 050411

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, chlorine, sweet malt, sugar, licorice - anis seed, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sharp, sweet dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20110323]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of thewolf. Pours an opaque golden with a tiny off-white head. Lots of fruit and phenols in the nose. Solid body, almost flat, again lots of fruit - perhaps even a little honey - loads of phenols and an alcoholic finish with a very subdued bitterness. Poorly crafted. 020210
