Draft at Lambiczoon. Aroma of yeast, flowers and some spices. Taste has yeast, soft coriander, flowers, malt and some grassy herbs. Elegant.

Keg at Mister Fogg. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is zesty lemon, wheat, Belgian wit yeast, some floral citrus notes. Flavour is composed of delicate wheat grains, zesty, wheat, floral, pollen . Palate is light, Refreshing, highish carbonation. Wit yeast, assertive hop character. Good beer.

09/05/2013 Open Baladin (tap). Dorata, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca morbida abbondante e molto persistente. Al naso sentori di lieviti, spezie, note floreali e balsamiche, leggeri esteri. In bocca malto, lieviti, fruttato con finale erbaceo, abbastanza secca con leggera astringenza nel finale. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Davvero niente male, andrebbe solo leggermente rifinita.

Süffig hefiger Beginn mit geringer aber schmeckbarer Bitterkeit. Im Mittelteil herb, was nicht mwhe weicht. Banane und Traube treten spät auf, überraschen und gefallen – aber zu spät. 9/9/10/9//9

From tap at Open Baladin. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light yeasty peppery. Sweet malty, yeasty and light peppery. Toasted malty and light dry finish.

Bottle 375ml.Clear light to medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, citrus, peppery. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110318]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s an unclear, golden-orange beer with a small, off-white head. Rather hoppy on the nose, sort of peppery, with a good dash of tropical fruits. Medium body, quite dry, even though there’s sure some sweetness. Fruity flavor with a good bitterness and hoppy flavors like pine cones and grass. A nice one, but not hitting spot on my saison preferences. 110318

Bottle @ Norway/Denmark Tasting @ Ulfborg. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white bubbly head. Nose is yeast, pepper, grass and fruit. Medium bodied. Flat carbonation. Dry and spicy flavor with peppercorns and yeast.

Bottle thanks to AmEricanbrew. Pours with a hazed golden body and a white head. Aromas are herbal and spicy with hints of pepper, sage, earth, and dirt. Flavors are dirt, earthy and spicy. Herbal. Dry mouthfeel.
