Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold, highly effervescent with a modest, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of husky grain, mild grassy bitterness, crispy biscuits. Clean and dry to finish, more pale and crisp biscuits, subtle grassy hops. Really quite drinkable.

0.5 l bottle from 'Getränke Kosmol', best before March 2024. Clear, golden with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly floral aroma of grains, some straw and light corn flakes. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, quite dry, a bit malty and a little floral taste of grains, some straw, light corn flakes and traces of iron, followed by a short, moderately bitter, dry finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Drinkable, but not really a pleasure.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, a bit moldy. Not as much bready notes as exspected. Mild sweetness. Shy hoppy background. Okay.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, acrid malt, metalic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acrid malt bitter with a average to long duration, sharp. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110320]
