Third, gravicask at Swindon's 33rd Annual Beer Festival. Shared with Finn. Bubbles on the surface of a bright warm golden body, Scattered lacing. Moderate floral nose, mid-sweet. Moderate taste profile of bread-like malts and dried fruits. Moments of leafy hop bitterness to the ending. Just okay. (26.10.2019).

Cask at the Prince Arthur (JDW), Fleet. Golden amber in colour with a thin white head that laces the glass nicely; floral aroma, perhaps elderflower?; the flavour is full of zingy citrus fruit; before a surprisingly complex finish for a beer of this kind - some sweet grapefruit over a floury body to start and then a pleasingly sustained dry bitterness. Rather good.
