We’re launching a big 1st year Birthday beer in collaboration with WHC yeast laboritories. This DDH IPA has been named after the hills that stand at the source of the Lune Valley in the home village of our director. Elephant levels of IDAHO 7, TALUS & EL DORADO, to deliver bursting flavours of Mango, grapefruit and Pineapples and an aroma that’ll leave you drooling. WHC Lab’s have developed an innovative yeast to increase hop bioavailability, and we’re one of the first breweries to create a beer with this game changing yeast. The yeast will let the hop flavours and not only burst from your first sip, but all the way to the bottom of the glass before you go to order another.

Keg @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Clouded yellow-gold with a small head. Slower sipper given its strength, although this is more to do with its density than taste, which is strength-infused but stated in both aroma and taste.
